Get in sync with affirmations & meditations!

By starting each day with positive self talk including affirmations, meditation and prayer, we infuse ourselves with positive energy, lighten our spirit and keep negative talk at bay. Negative self talk is self destructive and can include such behaviors as a perfectionist mindset, self-criticizing, or self-shaming. We do not live in a society that has taught us much about self-care and self-love. And this is especially true for women. Negative self talk ultimately has an adverse effect on our mental and overall wellness. One of the best ways to get out of a negative mindset is to practice gratitude. Write down 5 things you are grateful for daily. This will transform you mind to think more positively, attract more things to be grateful for, which naturally will make you feel better, cause you to feel less stress and experience better well-being. Remember we become who we think ourselves to be, not who we want to be. Always remember that you are special, there is greatness within you and that you are unique. Do you need a mindset shift today?
